Top with vodka. Add mint leaves - stir to combine

Leave it to sit for a couple of hours (at least 3) up to 8 days in the fridge

Add strawberry vodka into a wine or cocktail glass. ( about 1 ½ oz per glass is standard but you can use less or more)

Top with 4 oz of soda or tonic water Tip - Pour Soda Water or Tonic water over the back of a spoon so it stays undisturbed - just looks pretty

Add a fresh strawberry and mint leaves to a cocktail stick for garnish.
